The room was functional and modest, equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and a mini-fridge, which I was pleased about. the location was absolutely perfect, being close to attractions like Georgian Hills Vineyard and Ravenna in the rural part of town.

It was close to the wedding we were attending.
The room was extremely dated, the head board was ancient. The toilet sloped to the right and when on the toilet your knees were under the sink.

Owner was very nice and helpful. Room was very basic, which did not surprise me due to the price. It was clean and quiet. I slept well and was quite comfortable. Location was perfect. I will stay again.
The taps in the sink and shower were confusing for hot & cold and they over turned between on & off so you had to work with them a bit to get the water tempurature right.

Everything was great, had a comfortable stay for the long weekend. Actually the room was well-kept with table & chairs, coffee, as for instance. The location of the hotel was perfect, to the hill. Besides, it was really close to close to Blue mountain, steak house, and the beach to park there. The staff was attentive and best, so I would come here again.

the staff was extremly pleasant and always helpful....and there if you needed them. it is an older motel there is nothing that can be done about that, but they sure make the best of it and it was very clean.

The rooms were reasonably large with a tub. the staff was efficient. It had a peaceful and marvelous location, so close to the beach and Collingwood. Blue Mountain go Karts was only 1 km away.

The room was clean & better than I expected. Bathroom was quite clean & functional. Staff was helpful.
We stayed in room #3. In the morning, there were some knocking noises from the pipes or ventilation. The heater worked but not as good. We turned the heater up to the max, but the room was still quite cold.

This hotel is a very good choice for a weekend break at the Blue Mountain if you do not want to pay $300 for a night in the village. It is just 10 min drive to the lifts. Good value for money. Nothing luxury, but quite and clean.
I wish they had a teapot/ coffee machine and plates/ cups in a room.
